چکیده:

Every 4 years, TIMSS performs an evaluation between training and education in the 4th grade of primary school and also the 8th grade (3rd grade of junior high), this evaluation is performed internationally and many countries participate. Test and non-test data of students in joined countries will be ranked by DEA and SBM model in TIMMS 2007. data were used Model SBM and finally it defined what countries have advanced in education, training and educational management and so on
