چکیده:

During a faunistic survey of pollinator bees associated with onion and alfalfa fields in Mashhad andChenaran regions in 2010, specimens of three families of Apoidea superfamily were collected and identifiedas bellow list: A-family Apidae, Apis mellifera (Linnaeus1758), Anthophora sp., Amegilla sp., Andrena sp.,Eucera sp., Halictus pate llatus*(Morawitz1873), Halictus quadricinctus* (Fabricius1777), Xylocopa valga(Gerstaecker1872), Anthidium florentinum (Fabricius1775), Anthidium diadema* (Latreille1809), Megachilesp., B-family Sphecidae: Sceliphron sp. Podalonia sp., C-family Crabronidae: Bembix sp., Philanthus sp.,Cerceris sp., Sphecius sp*. In the above list, species and a genus marked with asterisk are new records forfauna of Iran. The biodiversity of pollinator bees associated with the two crops in two regions using Shannon–wiener index was calculated. The means of Shannon –wiener index obtained from Jackknife method weresubjected to analysis of variance in a factorial design, with two factors: crop and region. The results ofANOVA showed that the interactive effect of crop by region was significant, but the effect of either crop orregion was not significant. The highest and least value of biodiversity indices for pollinator bees wereestimated in alfalfa and onion fields of Mashhad.
