چکیده:

The main objective of this paper is simulating of graphene wettability by molten gold nanodropletby molecular dynamics simulation (MD). Molecular dynamics simulations have been done tohelp LAMMPS software. Lenard-Jones potential is used for the potential between gold and carbonatoms. We melted nano-droplet with 682 gold atoms and measured contact angle of gold and graphene.Contact angle was measured in two different initial temperatures of the nanodroplet. By varying thecooling rate, it was found that decreasing the cooling rate decreases the contact angle of the nanodroplet.
